Remove the roof of a building and top its walls with broken stone, and stream trash and broken planks of wood around it to show where parts of the building ended up. Coat walls with smudges of dark grime and growing moss, or cover them with graffiti from the local hooligans. Want to show that the town was recently destroyed?
