Real-time battles that feel like battles
For the first time, battles are decided not by raw unit stats but by how your troops move: formation tightness and depth, discipline, weight, strength and momentum. For example with everyone pushing, a formation ten ranks deep overwhelms one five ranks deep. This emerges from the in-house physics engine. Every soldier is simulated in real time, so tens of thousands of fighters collide, push, and break ranks just like they would on a real battlefield. Encirclements build pressure until bones crack. 1,500-pound warhorses hit like hammers. Battles are won by positioning and movement - not spreadsheets.
Naval battles
Real-time naval combat with its own physics: oars snap on impact, hulls splinter under ramming, and ships can break apart.
