The rifts are swallowing the world. Forests, cities, entire civilizations disappear beyond their edges. Closing them from the outside has failed. The only way forward is through.
The Last Gate is a dark fantasy action roguelite for 1-4 players. Choose a heroine, shape her powers with upgrade cards, and fight through two modes: Dive and Survival.
Dive through the rifts
Take direct control of your attacks, aim and skills. Dodge enemy strikes, break seals and complete each rift's objective. Then face the guardian standing between you and the next portal.
Push through rain-soaked forests, swamps and the ruins of lost civilizations. Catch your breath between rifts, prepare for the next fight, and follow the chain deeper into the unknown.
Four heroines. Four ways to fight.
Leoc谩dia, the Vanguard: sword and shield, sweeping strikes and protection for nearby allies.
Kiara, the Gunner: shotgun blasts, explosive mines and a sentry turret to hold the line.
D谩lia, the Arcanist: frost, chain lightning, healing sanctuaries and a devastating meteor shower.
Tarsila, the Kunoichi: swift blades, a shadow veil, a pulling vortex and a crushing aerial ultimate.
Build power. Bring progress home.
Every level brings a choice. Pick upgrade cards, change how your skills work with augments, and discover combinations that unlock skill evolutions. Build around your heroine's strengths or try a different approach on the next run.
Your run's powers stay behind, but your journey leaves a mark. Spend shards at The Lamp, develop talents for each heroine, and complete Feats to unlock outfits. Daily missions and a bestiary give you more to pursue between runs.
Survival: leave, or face the next wave
Attacks and regular skills fire automatically, leaving you to weave through the horde, shape your build and time your ultimate. Collect Echoes to wield weapons from the other heroines as the pressure rises.
A boss arrives every two minutes. At ten minutes, the exit portal opens. Take your way out, or stay and see how far your build can carry you.
Play solo or with friends
Play either mode alone or with up to four players in local shared-screen co-op. Survival also supports online co-op through Steam: invite friends or share a room code and face the horde together.
Use a controller or keyboard and mouse, choose your heroine, and step through the gate.
