The Altiverse Project has become corrupt, opening up doorways between all realities and bringing chaos into the world you know. Many have already been lost to the corruption, as one of the few remaining survivors you must find the source of the corruption, before the last of humanity is lost…

The World

The Altiverse was designed to contain humans, a way to keep them contained and happy, a collection of multiple virtual worlds to distract humans from even knowing they were contained. The A.I. were in charge of these worlds, not that any human knew that, no one had ever known of A.I. to begin with.

Corruption had not been something seen in the Altiverse, some sort of error that caused the walls between realities to crumble, and multiple verses to turn into one. Many lost their lives on the first wave, and more are coming, if the corruption’s spread is not halted, there will be no Altiverse to save, and no humans to live in it...

Character Background

The Revolutionary

Humanity has been kept safely stored within the confines of the bunker, a shelter designed to withstand nuclear war. Tired of this life many aimed to change the future. With the exit in sight, and hope for fresh air in reach, the corruption revealed that humans were more confined than they knew...

The Soldier

The United Galactic Empire had lost touch with one of its research facilities, with limited options one soldier was sent to exterminate whatever had been let loose this time. With the ship docked and weapon in hand, nothing could have prepared the Empire for this new threat...

The Knight

The Kingdom was saved again! Or was it? Did it ever exist before? The knights were once the symbol of strength and piece in any kingdom, but that was at another time... in another verse… Knights did not exist in this new reality, and neither did his kingdom. Without a home to return to, and no kingdom to serve, what was a knight to do but drink away his sorrows...

The Developer

The deadline was fast approaching, months turned to weeks, which turned to days, and now he had mere hours to complete this final task. A quick break from the computer surely would not kill anything...
