Ice-cold water! Mate tea! Shout it to sell it.
You're a street vendor on Copacabana beach. Grab your cooler, shout your sales pitch into a real microphone, find the thirsty beachgoers and outsell your friends before the sun goes down.Your voice is your controller
Hold V and shout into your mic: "谩gua gelada!", "olha o mate!", "biscoito Globo!". Speech recognition runs offline, right on your computer, and understands vendor slang too. Whoever wanted it raises a hand and calls "AQUI!". Rather not talk? You can play with the keyboard.Buy cheap, sell on the sand
- Stock up at the stand: water, mate tea, Globo biscuits, beer, grilled cheese and popsicles.
- Every group on the sand secretly wants something. The right pitch brings the customer to you.
- Walk up and type the right price on the card machine. Ka-ching.
- Spend your profit on a bigger cooler, all the way up to the wheeled ice chest.
With friends, on the same beach
- Up to 6 vendors fighting over the same customers.
- Proximity voice chat: team up, trash talk, or steal the customer who just waved at someone else.
- Online rooms: public, password-protected or invite-code only. LAN play works too.
- Biggest profit takes the round's star. Two stars win the match.
A Copacabana full of people
600 meters of beachfront from Leme to the Fort, with lifeguard posts, kiosks, volleyball nets and around 690 beachgoers. Tourists order in Portuguese, English, Spanish and German, and the police stroll by blowing their whistles.Modes
- Training: play solo with a guided tutorial.
- Normal and Hard: on Hard the beach gets loud and your shout has to cut through the noise.
Note: the game is in Brazilian Portuguese and voice recognition understands Portuguese pitches. Learning to shout "谩gua gelada!" is half the fun.
