This app is a movement meditation that is both calming and energy building. It has an awareness game also. It can be done sitting, standing, or stepping. It is based on 9 simple moves, the main 5 of which are called Water, Wind, Fire, Ground/Earth, and Void. These names are like the 5 Chinese Elements and the 4 Western Elements, but they come from Miyamoto Musashi's Book of 5 Rings. The app has fun avatars and sound and graphics to keep the otherwise dry information interesting to use. It has a psychic/spiritual nature as well... some people sense a divine guidance or spiritual presence to the random postures that are selected.
