Road Motel Simulator is a co-op simulation game where you manage your own motel, located along the legendary Route 66 in the middle of the desert. Host weary travelers and provide them with the highest level of comfort.
Play with Your Friends
Run your motel with a group of friends in multiplayer mode, supporting up to 4 players. Work together to efficiently and dynamically grow your business, and during downtime, enjoy the amenities your motel offers to relax with your crew.
Host Guests
Greet guests at your motel's reception. Their interest in your establishment will be influenced by the reviews left by previous visitors and the number of guests you've served. Everything can affect guest satisfaction鈥攆rom the price you set for rooms and food availability, to the cleanliness of the rooms and enforcing quiet hours.
Expand your Motel
Invest the money you earn into further expanding your motel and scaling your business. Beyond adding more rooms, you can offer guests various amenities like a dining area, swimming pool, or even a casino. This will help boost overall guest satisfaction, leading to better reviews for your motel.
Furnish and Renovate
You have full control over how you furnish the rooms in your motel. You only need to meet basic requirements, such as providing a bed and a shower for potential guests. As you progress, unlock new furniture and styles. You can also change the color of the walls and ceilings using a special renovation tool, allowing you to quickly adjust the motel鈥檚 design to match your vision.
Run a Motel Shop
The reception area has plenty of space to set up shelves. Use them to display various items, such as food or travel guides, to increase your revenue and draw more interest to the motel.
Hire Staff
You won鈥檛 have to handle everything on your own. In the game, you can hire staff to assist with the day-to-day management of the motel. Additionally, when they鈥檙e off duty, they can become guests themselves, enjoying the facilities you鈥檝e provided for your customers.
Alternative income sources
Do you feel like some guests are too greedy and leave hardly any money at your motel? Instead of asking them for money, just take it yourself. Sneak into their cars at night using a lockpick and sell the valuables you find at the local pawn shop.
