To activate purchased DLC products in-game, please follow the steps below.
- Purchase the DLC product.
- Log on to Bless and open your account inbox.
- The DLC items will be automatically sent to your character鈥檚 mailbox.
Once you collect the items from your mailbox, the item will automatically be added to the inventory of the character you used to accept the item.
Note:
- The items will be sent individually to the account inbox. Please collect each item with the correct character.
Please note that once the item has been sent to the character鈥檚 inventory, it cannot be transferred to another character.
- When redeeming weapon sets, the character that uses the set will receive a weapon skin that matches their character鈥檚 class.
- Lumena items are bound to the character. Please redeem the Lumena items from your account inbox using the character you wish to use them on.
(However, Lumena can be transferred between characters in the same account through the Lumena Transfer System)
- Please note the headpiece for the Happy Friends Set does not display normally when worn by female elf/human/mascu characters with an Afro hair style.
