Valdoron was an ancient kingdom that had lived in peace and prosperity for many years. But everything changed with the rise of a dark evil from the east. The kingdom's cities began to fall one by one, its people slaughtered, and even the dead were turned into soldiers for the darkness as cursed spirits possessed their bodies.
Zalbanor, the kingdom's last line of defense, eventually fell. The king and most of his people were either killed or taken captive. Far in the northern lands, Arndur鈥攖he exiled heir to the throne鈥攈ad been watching the kingdom鈥檚 slow descent into chaos. Though far from home, he had not turned his back on his people. Gathering strength and forging alliances in secret, he had been preparing for the day he would return.
When Zalbanor fell, Arndur knew the time had come. He could wait no longer. He set out on a perilous journey to reclaim his homeland and face the ancient enemies that had brought ruin to Valdoron.
But the darkness Arndur was about to confront was far greater than he had imagined. Witnessing the brutality of war up close, he found himself fighting not only an overwhelming enemy beyond his borders, but also a growing shadow within his own heart.
As Arndur gathered his courage and strength to save Valdoron, every step became a desperate struggle for survival. In this battle, Arndur wasn鈥檛 just fighting to restore a kingdom鈥攈e was fighting to save his very soul.
