The result of a race can still be affected by other factors, but recognizing horses with stronger performance can give you a better chance of success.

My design philosophy for Candor Poker and any future games from my studio is to create games that do not use hidden modifiers or artificial balancing. Every outcome is determined by chance and your decisions alone.
It requires significantly more work to balance all of the game鈥檚 systems and player actions, but it is a cost I鈥檓 willing to accept in order to create a fair game.
