Starting on a much-anticipated journey to hunt the Braken Forest with her Uncle Seth, Elesa finds herself betrayed by her uncle and sold for marriage to a local huntsman. Isolated and trapped in his cabin and restricted to short outings to the local village, Elesa must use her wits to escape the Huntsman鈥檚 control before her much-dreaded wedding date. Along the way discover secrets about Elesa鈥檚 heritage and unravel the mystery about her mother鈥檚 people.
