ESMO: Esports Manager Online is an online management sim where your decisions turn into matches you can watch. Build a persistent club across three games (a MOBA, a Tactical Shooter, and Car Soccer), recruit and develop players, work the live transfer market, and compete against real managers around the world.
Watch the Match, Not a Results Table
Set the plan, then watch it play out in a live viewer. The MOBA uses a top-down 2D match view; the Tactical Shooter and Car Soccer render in 3D. Read rotations, fights, retakes, drafts, and objective calls as they happen, then adjust the next plan with detailed match reports and spectating.

Build a Persistent Club
- Create your club, name it, and choose the nation it represents.
- Field separate rosters for the MOBA, the Tactical Shooter, and Car Soccer.
- Manage finances and debt, or wipe the slate clean with a Fresh Start.
- Scout rival clubs worldwide: players, finances, and contract history.
Scout, Sign, and Develop Players
- Every player has a nickname, age, nationality, potential, morale, a distinct personality, and 16 rated attributes from Accuracy to Vision.
- Negotiate wages, contract length, prize-money split, and release fees.
- Develop players through training XP, champion mastery, and focused tasks: replay analysis, solo-queue sessions, and scouting.
- Match each player's strengths to the right role so your roster fits the game plan.
Work the Transfer Market
- Search a global player database, or list your own players for sale.
- Bid in real time during timed 2-hour sale windows and outmaneuver rival managers.
- Weigh prices, timing, and withdrawal fees before you commit.
Compete in Named Circuits
- Enter the daily open City Circuit, the regional Weekend Prestige Circuit聽across AMER, APAC, and EMEA, the ongoing Regional Weekly League, quick matches, and friendlies.
- Play Swiss, single elimination, and group-stage formats.
- Reach the Masters聽and Major聽tiers at the top of the Weekend Prestige Circuit.
- Climb the 9-tier ranked ladder from Iron to Elite, with placement matches, a Points Shield, and Rank Decay.
- Meet roster residency requirements, or risk a forfeit.
Command Deep In-Match Tactics
The MOBA and the Tactical Shooter each come with a full tactical toolkit.
