Watch over a lively village in the forest. Learn about its villagers, find their weak spots and use 30+ skills to corrupt them from within. Lure them into your woods, where they sacrifice themselves to you. Stay out of the priest's sight - he may only be a mortal, but countermeasures will be taken.

I. Spectate
Watch the village from top-view and study its villagers:
Each villager has a job, a home, hobbies and 3 randomized traits.
A sociable person makes a great target for a curse that spreads on contact.
Someone living in seclusion will respond more strongly to visual horrors.
On their day off, some will take care of their garden or read, others might go to the tavern for a drink. Some traits work in your favor, others make it harder - find the combos they open up.

Keep track of all your villagers, their traits and current activities in the Villager Log.
II. Use 30 skills to corrupt them from within
Cast 30+ skills from 4 different skill trees with聽
Corruption, Devotion & Souls
Corruption shows your direct influence.
Build enough Corruption and Devotion starts to rise.聽
The more Corruption a villager has, the faster their Devotion will rise.Devotion earns you Souls to purchase more skills.
III. Avoid Attention
Villagers with high devotion produce more souls but will show signs of your influence.
Devoted villagers may wake up screaming, talk about dark visions to others and spread corruption. One outbreak could be enough to make the priest visit them to check. If he notices something suspicious, his awareness will rise.
Awareness will reduce again over time. If he is alarmed again before that, it will rise further. Every level will make him counteract your plans more.
IV. Make them yours...
Villagers with full devotion walk into the forest to sacrifice themselves - giving you souls but also drawing attention. Bring them to the forest, before the priest even notices.
