The city of Kaila. A city for the outcasts, for those who seek comfort in a place far away from the rest of civilization. Now, prey to the most vicious of evils, its inhabitants have turned into unrelenting aberrations, and the dream of comfort has turned into a nightmare.

Prepare to be brutalized by aberrant creatures in this horror-driven adventure. Take care of your party members or watch them descend into madness or perish into permanent death. Experience a slow burn into chaos or be mad enough to overcome it.

Kaila is a story-driven RPG set in the dark depths of the fall of a prosperous civilization, from the point of view of a god-forsaken party composed by opportunistic fugitives.




Delve into an unforgiving world, where supplies are needed to survive, wounds take time to heal and death is an irreversible fate. Every decision can lead to your doom in this harsh, cursed place.
Kaila features a mix between action and survival elements, and blend them together to deliver a complete experience. Fighting smartly is not only rewarded but mandatory, and so is strategically retreating and taking care of the group.



Take control of a different breed of heroes. Lead a party of 4 unique outcasts and use their exclusive abilities to survive. Customize them to fit your needs and develop an unparalleled synergy.
During the adventure you will be able to switch between characters seamlessly, taking advantage of their attributes and abilities. Each character fulfills their role differently, so it will be up to you to make the best of each one; but be wary, as they can be damaged or get tired on their own.



Resources are scarce, and as the party progresses you will need to take the right decisions. Focus on crafting, combat training, keeping a good morale or make a balanced approach.
As you progress through the journey you will be able to develop several plans to enhance your survival, but to carry them out you will also need to count with a strong team. The party's power can be further improved by training or crafting gear, for which you will need time, and for that you will need supplies. Bear in mind that while in time you may get stronger, so will your enemies.



No experience points nor levels; characters progress by your choices through time, and they can adapt to your current needs. Every progress choice is reversible, but will you survive long enough to reshape them?
Every party member features a unique skill tree providing them with more abilities and enhancements. The decision is yours to specialize them and to what extent, as every hour destined to that is an hour less in other activities like crafting.



Every gameplay element is there to tell the story of these 4 survivors. Learn who they are, their motives and what made Kaila City wither and become a living hell. Make choices through your characters personalities and help them carve their path in this unforgiving world.
Since death is an irreversible fate, character's choices are a resource on their own, and their demise will limit the paths you can take.
