A group of people with mutations that allow them to manipulate the minds of others, causing hallucinations that send them into a mental space where they can alter space, time, reality, or use the elements of nature to attack like reality in Lucid dream. This group of people went up to the ruling class and turned other ethnic groups into slaves.
