The Season Unfolds
When invitations arrive, it is up to you to decide which event to attend.聽Each event type has its own board, dressed to match the occasion. While you are never sure who you will face, some rivals prefer certain events to others.
Your Reputation precedes you, for better or worse. Win with grace and the ton will take notice. Lose badly enough and certain prospects will not even consider a match with someone whose standing falls short of their expectations.
Make a Good Impression
At the end of every event, the ton will have their say. A decisive victory will leave one kind of impression where a bold display will leave another.聽
Each season, five prospects are randomly drawn from a pool of nine, with more being added regularly.聽 Some prospects admire composure under pressure. Some are drawn to boldness. Will they be watching if you have a public misstep? Most definitely.
If you build enough Regard, and enough Reputation, you may find yourself with a match at the end of the season.
