Fancy a game of chess? See you next Saturday.
Saturday starts as chess the way you already know it: you sit down on a park bench, learn how the pieces move, win a game or two. But the club has more rooms than it looks like from outside, and every Saturday you come back there's somebody new waiting across the board — fielding more than you.
You start winning pieces chess never had before, and the board itself stops staying still — it grows, fills with fog, breaks apart in places that simply aren't there anymore. There's a shop between matches, there are relics, and there's a dog nobody has ever seen the owner of.
Three ways to spend a Saturday
- Park Mode — where the club's children play, and nobody is trying to finish you. Start here.
- The usual Saturday — the adults, and a clock.
- Hell Mode — unlocked last. The people across the table are the ones the club still talks about.
What you earn, you earn by playing. Same as always, one Saturday after another.
