From ancient forests to wave-lashed coasts, Dyfed is a land shaped by its stories. Guided by tracks, signs, and ever-shifting mists, you explore shadowy woods, bleak mountains, and forgotten ruins. Tales from the Mabinogion brings to life the stories of one of the most important works of medieval Welsh literature, the Mabinogion.
The game’s narrative is presented entirely in Welsh, with a script adapted by National Eisteddfod Crown winner Rhys Iorwerth. Subtitles in other languages let every player follow the story while hearing it in its original voice. From the language to the landscapes, the whole experience is crafted to feel authentic to its medieval roots, carrying the cadence and atmosphere of the folklore it draws from.
